About the service
Phāros Route Check is a personal digital island and route check, including an optional 20-minute online consultation about the delivered report. We do not sell, broker or book travel services and do not accept customer money for travel services provided by third parties.
Consumer dispute resolution
German consumer arbitration boards: we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board.
If you ordered in the United States, disputes follow Section 12 of the US Terms of Service, informal dispute resolution and opportunity to cure. Please send a Notice of Dispute to hallo@pharos.guide first, as described there.
