US Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy
Refund and money-back guarantee information for US customers ordering the Phāros Route Check.
1. Digital service
The Phāros Route Check is a personalized digital decision-support service delivered by email. It is not a physical product, travel booking, reservation or travel package.
Because the service is prepared individually based on your information, refunds are handled through the voluntary Money-Back Guarantee described below and any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
2. Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying Phāros.
If your delivered Route Check does not help you make a clearer travel decision, email us within 14 days after delivery and we will refund the price you paid.
No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at hallo@pharos.guide and include the email address you used for your order.
We may ask for optional feedback so we can improve Phāros, but you do not have to provide a reason to receive the refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
The guarantee applies once to the particular Route Check purchase. We may prevent only a duplicate refund for an order already refunded, a parallel chargeback and refund for the same payment, or a request from someone who cannot reasonably verify that they placed the order. Optional feedback is never required.
3. What this guarantee means
This is a voluntary money-back guarantee for the Phāros Route Check service.
4. What this guarantee does not mean
This guarantee does not mean that Phāros guarantees a perfect trip, specific travel outcome, prices, availability, ferry schedules, weather, opening hours or third-party services.
Phāros is not a travel agency, tour operator, booking service, or provider of transportation, accommodation, restaurants, activities, or other travel services.
You remain responsible for making and verifying your own travel bookings.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
This voluntary guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
